Wendy Dill

Wendy moved to the Atlanta area as a teenager in 1978 with her parents after having lived in the White Mountains of eastern Arizona for 9 years.   After high school she went straight into full time entry-level positions in the telecommunications industry while attending college at night, eventually earning her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.  During her career she has held sales positions for telecommunications companies such as Northern Telecom, BellSouth Business Services, GTE Supply and Cox Business Services.  Eventually leaving the telecom industry, Wendy continued into US and International sales of computer component hardware.

Desperately in need of a place to unwind away from the city and mind-numbingly stressful jobs, Wendy and her husband Jon bought a lake home at Lake Oconee in 2005 and made it their part-time residence.  

The house hunting and buying experience convinced her that becoming a real estate agent was what she wanted to do full time.  She obtained her real estate license in 2006 and earned her Accredited Buyers Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations.  She has recently added the Equestrian Properties Specialist designation to her accomplishments.   In 2013 she and her husband moved to Greensboro full time.  Past clients and Atlanta area agents continue to refer to her their friends, family and clients who are looking to get out of the city or just looking to make a lifestyle change.  

“I love helping people and putting smiles on their faces.  I want to take the intimidation factor out real estate transactions and help my clients to be more comfortable with the buying or selling process.  Educating my client, utilizing my expertise and effectively communicating in terms they can understand can help make that happen,” she says.   For 15 years now, Wendy has successfully represented buyers and sellers all over Georgia and has been very happy with her career change.
